“First of all, if you are staying at a Westin for the brand of “heavenly beds” and a nicer, more elevated hotel, forget it! They haven’t put a dime into this place. Peeling wallpaper, old carpeting & outdated furniture. Service was beyond bad if you can call it service. Nobody was friendly and literally GRUNTED when I said good morning. I could go on and on about what a dump this place is. I will go elsewhere next time. ”
