"We asked for extra blankets and a pillow and they never came. We called the front desk three times and they kept saying they were “on their way.” "

"Never received housekeeping. No one knew English. Some of those that did knoe Englidh simply would not.Never bothered to speak. It was never offered on our room. We plaed Charades on towels, cups etc... the complemtsry coffee, tea station were only availsble in the morning. We felt like s burden the entire time. Also, check~8was a nightmare. They couldnt figure out ifnsiness psid for or not. Had to dig throurough my cell to finally check in. Notwhat we were expecting when we paid for suite. "

"They put us in a room under the exhaust fan for the hotel. Ran all night didn’t sleep. We did get a different room the next day, but that also was an ordeal.The drain in tub was clogged with nasty hair. Had to have maintenance come clean. The new room carpet was nasty. Breakfast was good. Not all staff members were friendly nor polite. I was not happy with my experience at this hotel. We do stay at the Embassy Suite’s and usually enjoy our stay. This one I will not go back to."

"Place was ok. A few of the photos didn't match the current property (no toaster, no curtain/shades on a set of windows in a bedroom.) Also had some wifi issues (chatting with the first number that texted us didn't resolve it which was weird, so found another number and texted that and it was resolved.) But do appreciate that it was resolved by the second person."
