Flannel sheets, spice rack in the kitchen, fly fishing in the river, close to SO MANY activities and even the big city if you care (sometimes but not always). 「We love the boathouse! Lots of sun and beautiful view upstairs. The house itself is well outfitted, cute decor and comfy beds. Really convenient for walking our dog as the trail runs right by the house. And Lisa was super communicative and helpful.」

「My wife and I stayed here for two nights while we were in the Duvall area for a wedding. The place was great! We were very impressed with the attention to detail. The hot tub was very relaxing. The furnishings (including the bed) were very comfortable. We felt like we were at a spa! The surrounding neighborhood was very cool and we enjoyed walking around Marcel Lake. 「We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! It was perfect. There was enough room in the house for all of us. It was beautifully furnished and everything was well stocked in the kitchen. 「Our party of out of town wedding guests loved the cabin. Its a beautiful setting - they enjoyed the dock, lake, and kayaks. Kitchen was very workable...we grilled burgers on the big deck. I live a few miles away and are considering a stay and pretending I am far from home on vacation! One negative - there are fans but no windows have screens, so no crossbreeze when its hot. And its hot here in the summer. 」

「This is a really interesting house. Architecturally unique and lake views too boot. Plenty of room in the public spaces for all to gather, eat and enjoy. Two things to note: Due to it's design the garage is more like a 1 3/4 car garage. Two SUVs don't fit without leaving the door open. Also note that it is quite a few steps down well-maintained stairs to the dock. Our older guests took a pass and stayed upstairs on the porch. 」
