Riverhead Hotel with Pool

"Great Auckland location with in house restaurant. Great breakfast buffet. very friendly staff . Beds could be more comfy, and I’m surprised that an hotel of this quality still offers powered coffee in the room. Why no nexpresso or equivalent, and perhaps better tea and some drinking chocolate"

"We organised a one-night staycation and were unfortunately disappointed with the overall condition of the room. The couch was stained and overall cleanliness was terrible, the furniture felt outdated, and there was no dining table in the suite we booked. To make matters worse, the bathtub drainage wasn’t working properly, and the toilet flush button was also faulty. It was clear that the property hasn’t been maintained to the standard expected. The hotel looks impressive in the booking photos, but our experience did not reflect a true five-star level of quality. Sadly, based on this stay, I wouldn’t consider it a five-star experience."

"Meals were average. My daughter ordered the kids fried rice which was inedible. Main reason we stayed was for the carparking near the airport yet their parking is $2 more per day than most hotels in the area and I was charged 3 days parking even though my car was not even there 48 hours. On the whole, I wouldnt stay again "

"Beautiful rooms and great view. Very comfortable beds and felt like quiet luxury. Bathrooms and amenities were lovely along with the complimentary in room treats. Highly recommend. "
