Right location with view and within walking distance. Practical room layout. Despite our 12 hour flight delay, the staff have been accommodating and understand our need, helpful spa staff in taking me to the hydrotherapy, which is a plus facility

The Park Hyatt is the real deal. The type of quality you’d expect at the price point, but event then it’s good value. Loved the area and the amenities. Can highly recommend
Slighty strange hotel, the lobby and atrium is vast and a bit sterile looking but the rooms are fantastic, and the location is perfect for accessing down the great waterfront area of Auckland. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
