“We thought we had booked an entire home as that is what the ad stated right under the photo of the home entrance on VRBO. However it was only 2 bedrooms and a bathroom which were clean. We determined that the house was NOT in the area the map showed it in, nor were certain amenties there when we arrived such as plates, cutlery, coffee cups etc. These were delivered later.
