The stay was good. The hotel was clean the staff was professional but it lacked in the upkeep department as the room I had , had damage to the ceiling above the sink . It was apparent that there hss as d been a leak there but the drywall had never been repaired

The towels had yellow stains, the walls and ceilings were cracked, the carpet was very dirty looking, some lights weren’t even plugged in. The tv was an old style tv, no flatscreen like every hotel nowadays. The area was very sketchy but I guess that’s my fault for picking price over quality. However, what really bothered me was having to give a $60 deposit even though I had already paid for the room. I just drove from Miami to San Francisco and none of the hotels were I stayed asked for more than what I was already paying for the night. I will never stay there again.

Country Inn forget it
The room was somewhat antiquated . The carpet was old the furniture was old the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I slept on it felt like I was sleeping on a box spring. The neighborhood was crummy drug addicts and prostitutes on the streets. The shower was nice and it was very conveniently located near the outlets and the Cabazon Casino. But I would never stay there again. And I don't recommend it

Nothing worked, wall paper peeling off the wall, toilet leaking, ice machine not working, only one towel set and the towel rack was broken, and the springs was pushing up in the bed!!! BAD!!!

Not worth the price
Well the toilet needs to have a handle that is firmly attached to the tank, the towel rack could have been present, there could have been a few more towels, there could have been facial tissue in the slot, the sheets could have not had a powdery smell. The staff was not the nicest but barely acceptable. Definitely not worth the price paid, even a BnB would have been a better choice.

OK,for the money, room is clean, water gets hot, bed was ok for me, only concern is noise as the Inn is adjacent to the 10 freeway, if you are a light sleeper as I am, good luck sleeping, Mgt should have earplugs in the rooms. Only stayed one night so if cost is a major concern, not a bad deal if you can handle the noise.

Quite "seedy". Huge gaps in doorway, right on freeway so sleep deprivation was inevitable. Staff was pleasant at check in but no other exposure to staff. No amenities that I could tell. Questionable clientele. Did not feel safe.

We ended up leaving and could not stay there. The rats were running around the trash bins in the driveway when we pulled up. The front of the hotel was all torn up and there were boards stripped of paint and hanging across the front of each level. It wasn't nearly as nice and clean as the picture. In need of repair. We had to leave and find another hotel close by.

Guest did not stay because they thought we offered a pool which we do not and was also verified by expedia when they called the hotel. Guest made a false review regarding rats running around the trash bins on the driveway. We do not have trash bins on the driveway or outside the property. We do however had a big dumpster at the back of the building which is enclosed and locked at all times. Guest parked in front of the office to checkin and then left a few minutes later because of no pool. We do have a pest control company on call that services the entire property every month and if need for emergencies. Guest was unhappy because an Expedia representive told her that we have a pool when we do not have a pool on the property and do not advertise for a pool on any websites. The guest got more upset at checkin because, she did not get a refund from expedia.

We are sorry for your bad experience but the experience was at your fault not the hotels. You were trying to check out of the hotel at 2pm when check out is at 11am. You were given a late checkout at 12pm, but still refused to leave the room at 12pm. No you were not overcharged for your room as it was a prepaid reservation and you was charged by expedia for your room and not the hotel. You were however charged a late checkout fee since you only left your room at 1:52pm.

The Country Inn was a good place to stay. A basic room with basic amenities. The room was clean and comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise given the low price we paid. We will stay there again when pass through Banning in the future.

Room didn't have toilet paper when I arrived. Had to ask for more 1 roll at a time over the course of my stay. TV was old standard definition style and had something wrong with the volume adjustment. WI FI did not work well in the room. Room was otherwise reasonably clean and servicable.

We wanted an hotel close by the concert.
Well very disappointing. All we wanted was a nice room to crash after our concert. Even so the paint was peeling on the ceiling. There was an ice bucket BUT no plastic cups??? There was only a partial roll of toilet paper when we arrived no seat paper over lid. NOT even an extra roll of toilet paper. There was no where to lay out your suitcase besides the bed or seating table.

Motel 6 is better...
I thought it might be a step up from a motel 6 that is down the road but it was not. Got checked in and went to the room and there was no towels or soap. Room is dated as the TV is still a tube style and you can feel the springs in the bed.

Never stay here.....
I was horrible, nasty, dirty, and very noisy I couldn't sleep the train would pass like every hour and would wake me up. The beds where so hard and the pillows where so old it smelled like a dirty never used hotel room. It was so dirty I'm sure the bed had bed bugs. I will never stay there again not even for free.

The room was not cleaned after returning from shopping and needed to get towels and toilet paper. The mattress springs were uncomfortable. Also the noise from the freeway and the train passes by frequently.

The room was a ok for the price until the next morning when I woke up and my clothes that I had left in the restroom by the tub was full of ants . I also had requested a wake up call which never was made.
