「I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Our room was clean, large, beds comfortable, bathroom and two sink areas were convenient. The deck was overlooking a pond and a nice place to relax after walking the restoration area. Being close to the hotel and restaurants was perfect. And, the staff were exceptional. 」

「Great pet friendly place! Plenty of grass area to walk your dogs. My husband and I visit Williamsburg often to go to Busch Gardens with our mini doodle, and we always stay here. Decent breakfast, but very tiny coffee cups. Elevator is super slow, so we normally take the stairs. The staff has always been super friendly, and helpful when needed. Overall, they do a nice job of keeping everything clean. Definitely could use some updates and repairs in certain areas, but we always enjoy our stay.」

「The rooms are not bad. AC, Microwave, TV, fridge, and Lights were working just fine. The problem lies in neglecting shower maintenance. In room 211, the bathtub faucet never reaches the end, so the water will be lukewarm at best. The diverter valve you pull up from the spout to get a shower doesn't work well, so most of the water never reaches the shower head and just spills; I had to use my hand like a caveman to get water on my body.
