"I booked 8 double queen rooms. When we arrived they were two rooms short so I had to take king rooms. They did add an additional king room for me at no charge so we were able to make it work. The AC in my room would not come on at all but maintenance was there within minutes to fix it. The coffee and breakfast were great!"

"We had mold in the bathroom in 215 and mold on the curtains in 221. They did move room 215 to another room and changed out the curtains in 221, BUT these things should have been caught by house beeping. Room 203, the bathroom fan did not work and the light kept flickering. Also, the lamp by the couch did not work."

"This is the first time I have ever left a negative review on anything. However, it is warranted. We had issues with the air and the lights. There was apparently a short in the bathroom light fixture. It would not work most of the time. Also, my son slipped and fell in the shower. It was extremely slippery with no slip-resistant adhesives to prevent sliding. When we asked to file an accident report, they could not find the official paperwork and asked us to write down our information on a random piece of paper. When we asked to speak to a manger, she was not available. We were told to check back later. When we checked in later that day, we were told that the manager had called corporate about the accident report. However, we were not given any information regarding the filing. We stayed three days and asked numerous times to speak with her or have her call us. Not only has she never talked to us, no one from the hotel provided any information on the report, checked on my son, or made any effort to contact us at all. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone! "

"What a wonderful view of the lake! Quiet property, very clean, great personality, and all the necessities. Great host who answered all of our questions. We had a great stay. Loved the lake home charm."

"I was in a tractor trailer so I had park in the Walmart parking lot which has “no truck parking signs, will be towed.” However there quite a few trucks there and for the multiple nights I stayed there wasn’t any issues or anyone towed. Temp controlled worked well, property was quiet, everyone was friendly! I would recommend! "
