“I was appalled with the height of the shower head. I was in an accessible room for a walk in shower since I don't do well stepping over into and out of a tub. The shower fixture was placed where the ceiling and wall met (easily 6.5-7 ft high) which caused me to have to stand on my tip toes to reach the shower head to move it as it was shoved over toward the side of the shower wall (so water wouldn't splash out). If I had been in a wheelchair, I'd have not gotten to shower without getting……

“The black gentleman that made those grits! If you know you know.. They were the best grits we’ve eaten. Everything was excellent! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else while in Duval!”

“The hotel is under construction. The suite doors were not secure. Light from outside was visible around the entire door to the hallway and to the connecting room. The plastic around the door of the connecting room was visible and they started construction in the adjoining room at 7am.”

“The room carpet had so many stains and they gave me the worst room. The entire hotel smells like rotting sewage. They dont maintain the property at all. The shower drain water would not go down and the floor tiles were slanted. Room smelled like cigarettes and so did the towels. Mold on the tiles of the bathroom... got a refund and got told to wait until 2 am to see if there would be a new room. No thanks, I went to the Marriot.”

“Stay was great, I've stayed here multiple times and I would recommend this hotel for convenience to the highway, grocery store ( walmart, Aldi) and close to most places ”

“Travellers have expectations when travelling a great distance. Unfortunetly, those expectations were NOT met upon arrival. My refund was the sidewalk in a ghetto. NO POOL. NO TIKI BAR. These were chained up with a pad lock and it stayed that way the entire time. The area has 2 wretched gas stations and a bus stop. It is not near anything. There is a night club. Any services that can take your money while staying there will be operating. I stayed in my room and cried. ”

“That was one of the nastiest places EVER. It didn't look anything like the website. I booked for 2 nights, only stayed for one night. Thought it was the new studio rooms but it was actually where people live and school bus drop off children. Booked 2 doubles. It took 3 times to get the key to be set to open the door.the tv had been stolen and there was no curtains. The tubs are very dirty and the white surface had been scrubbed off. He then put us in room with a king bed....not much better.……
