“I don’t like cos ppl was parked in the handicap paying but wasn’t handicapped ani I’m I had to park all way in the back I address it with staff they said it was nothing they could do I suppose to had a suite but was giving a regular room”

“Upon checking in I got my key card for the room. I went to my room with my bags and there was a half dressed woman already in my room. I went back to the desk and was moved to another room. Once inside my room I looked around and and noticed yellow stains on the sheets and dirty shower floor. After thinking about the first incident with the woman already in my room I realized that she may have a significant other coming that might not be ok with what happened to her. “The older housekeeping lady very rude however the younger one always nice and pleasant didn’t mind giving clean items when asked or tissue the other women she always seemed annoyed and didn’t want to wash she told me once a week and that I needed housekeeping to much when I only asked twice a week because I have OCD AND I WAS THERE FOR A ENTIRE MONTH SHE NEVER STOPPED UNLESS I called down stairs or sat my garbage can out”

“I really enjoyed my stay. The only issue I had was one of top blanket had a stain, and the bottom comforter needed to be replaced they were old. But the staff was great and it was a convenient location for our events.”

“06/07 Check in and out Our check in lady was great and on point from the time we came til she left. I hate I didn’t get her name. We came out of town to do a pool party for my Daughter who turned 13 and it was a success. Housekeeping could have been better the bathroom was no all that clean and the carpet felt really dirty. Then the next take the breakfast person did not show for work so I assume the front desk had to make things work. She was Very rude and not polite at all. Also I don’t……

“The room was not as clean as it could be but the staff was so nice that for a one night stay I was very pleased. The front desk agent was the best. She was so nice and sooooo helpful. The next day the lady that helped with the breakfast was so nice she went and got the foods to accommodate my food allergies and the food and selection was really nice.”

“Staff were excellent! Every employee we interacted with was great. From check-in, pool attendants, cleaning staff and restaurant staff. We chose the Sheraton Flowood for the pool and lazy river. We where a little disappointed. We are from the Austin, Texas area and have stayed at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa several times. We thought that the Flowood would have a similar layout. It does not. The lazy river pool are very small. Also different sized tubes would be a very good idea.……

“Front desk staff was very helpful and nice. Parking was safe and was right off the freeway. Rooms were clean. Well litt area towards the front and sides. Amiracle front desk worker was awesome!”
