“The ac worked great, pool was great, staff was friendly. We just had a terrible night our first night of our vacation and couldn’t sleep at all. I was in communication with the hotel all day yesterday and instead of giving us another night to make up for the first night, they only gave me a discounted rate for another night that I still paid for. I love Hampton inn and always use them anywhere I go. But this experience definitely deterred me away from using them in the future ”
