Super clean and quiet. Front Desk personnel very friendly and helpful. Extra coupon discounts for breakfast and play. This was by far the best place to stay.
We have stayed here 20 plus times in the last couple years. This last time I ended up with 5 charges on my credit card. They not only double billed me for the rooms, they charged me $100 for a missing comforter. We did not take a comforter. They have taken the last dollar from me they will ever get.
They are not very friendly people
. The room was clean but to noisy to get good sleep between the heat sounding like a jet to the loud fridge that didnt get cold to the ice and pepsi machines it was a long restlesss night

The check-in on Oct. 19th was a nightmare. I waited over 5 minutes while the clerk was taking a reservation in the back office. She had the customer on speaker phone and I heard his entire credit card number. She then greeted me with a terse "hi" and informed me they didn't have my reservation. I showed her my Expedia confirmation and told her I was concerned that I would be billed for a no-show. She would not address this and just kept repeating that they didn't have my reservation and finally threatened to call Security. She refused to let me speak to a manager. She did give me a room at the same rate, and I had to call Expedia myself to cancel the reservation. The next morning a more professional woman at the desk assured me I was not billed for a no-show. She did express concern at how I was treated and apologized. Also my TV indicated "your receiver is not connected" and so rather than deal with the clerk a second time I went without TV during my stay.
