"The stay was comfortable. I don't know if I'd return though. There was a dirty towel left hanging behind the door that housekeeping missed. Also, the halls needed vacuuming and there was gum in the carpet of one of the elevators the whole time we were there. Breakfast staff was busy eating and chatting instead of restocking. I had to spread my cream cheese with a spoon. They also only had lids for one size of their coffee cups. The outside walls and ceilings weren't soundproofed and you could hear everything. The area was very nice though."

"} I booked a continuous stay from February 9–23 through Hotels.com at this property. My reservation was accepted at check-in and valid ID was presented and approved. I occupied the same room during the entire stay. On February 22, one day before my scheduled checkout, I was asked to leave the property even though my reservation was still active. No written notice was provided and no relocation assistance was offered. Police were called to the property, but no citation or violation was issued. I was not given any written explanation of the situation. Later, when I attempted to begin another reservation at a nearby Marriott property, the stay was declined due to an alleged complaint that had never been communicated to me during my completed stay. When I returned to retrieve my belongings, I discovered that my personal property had been removed from the room and placed in a basket in the lobby without my presence. Some items, including medication, were missing. This experience was extremely concerning and did not reflect the level of professionalism I normally expect when staying at Marriott properties"

"This was a great property to stay at! The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The only thing I would suggest- the windows in the common areas could use a good cleaning!"

"I enjoyed a very comfortable overnight stay. The hotel & rooms were clean, the bed was comfy, and the included breakfast was a great way to get the morning going. Good location, very close to a host of different restaurants & services. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Got checked in. Got into my room, unpacked my things, went to turn on TV for background noise while I got ready for the night. I couldn’t change the channel(it would just lag & never load), couldn’t load Netflix or Prime Video, I also couldn’t connect to the WiFi. I’m 30 I know how to connect & change channels, WiFi & how to open apps. There was something wrong as I’ve stayed here before. I called the BW support number to connect WiFi, he said it looks like they need to reset the modems and that he would give front desk a call. I went to front desk to let them know of the issues, the guy was early twenties and tried telling me that I needed to make sure the remote was pointing at the cable receptor. I assured him it was recognizing me clicking around, it just wouldn’t load. I also told him I contacted support and they’ll be calling them to help with IT issue. He asked if he could go into my room and see if he could fix it, he never came to my room and nothing got resolved. The guy from support called me back, he was very friendly and helpful but said the front desk kept putting him on hold and he tried calling 3x. He said he will be emailing management/ownership about this as this is a big inconvenience for ppl at night. They never tried compensating or offering anything of actual assistance. I won’t be staying here again. "
