“We loved our four-night stay at B&B Al Carotin. Julio is super friendly and always at hand. The property has balconies overlooking the valley and mountains, and it was so relaxing just to sit out on the balcony, drink in the views, and let your shoulders drop. We took a day trip to Tirano and took the train up to Switzerland, which is the same line as the Bernina Express. We had a couple of very enjoyable days by the lake. We'd love to come back.”

Habitación súper moderna, espaciosa, limpia y con todas las comodidades. “Really great place to base yourselves to visit Lake Como. Low cost but high quality. Car is preferred but there is a train station right outside the apartment”

“The view is totally stunning! The pool was rather cool at 8pm partly because the property is out of the sun. It's a lovely pool though and we had it to ourselves. The accommodation is clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Staff are helpful by message. Would recommend especially as a place to explore the lake by ferry. The roads nearby are pretty busy in July and narrow!”

“This guest house was magical! Joseph (the proprietor) bent over backwards to make our stay wonderful-- he met us late at night to check in, made us special breakfasts for our kids, arranged a dinner reservation at an amazing restaurant, and so much more. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked great, and the location in Lierna was absolutely perfect-- a sweet little street near the main plaza and harbor. We would return in a heartbeat!”

“Hotel is located right on the water on Lake Como. Dining is amazing with best views of lake. The room was spacious and everyone working there were very courteous. The boat ferry station at Tremezzo is very close and convenient to hotel, which made transportation from Como train station very easy. ”
