Good value, convenient and attractive

Room and big communal kitchen attractive modern and work well. Not too sound proof rooms but seems to attract a respectful clientele. Great location for visiting beautiful Eternity Bay.

A nice little hotel located right next to an idyllic little river that provided hours of fun for two small children. The family room included a refrigerator which was very useful. Breakfast was included but it was self serve and self make. Overall, room was clean, modern and functional.

It was very clean and located in a beautiful area. They had a good truck with lovely smelling food. We did not get to eat them but it was great. We did not stay for breakfast but they were very kind to be in communication and to let us know about it. The kitchen and the shared space is so spacious. I worked there in the morning without anyone around and it was great. Overall a very great experience!

Nice concept more like a Youth hostel or B&B. No staff all do it yourself. So it feels cold missing the warm of a host. I was on a Business trip and needed a lay over in between meetings. Nice room Clean but no restaurant near just a ''depaneur''

The best part about this place is its proximity to Saguenay Fjord National Park. Otherwise, it is an OK property. Pros: self check-in was very easy; the bed was very comfortable; the room had a desk that made it easy to do some computer work; the area was really quiet and helped with a good night's sleep. Cons: the property in general was a bit run-down; my room had a towel wrapped around a pipe; some hallway doors were held open with cinder-blocks; the common kitchen area had very little ventilation and felt stuffy; from my room in the basement, the sound of footsteps of the folks upstairs were quite loud. Overall, I would have expected a better facility for the price.

Poor value - Hotel prices for a hostel / boarding house with private rooms. No staff on site (except a cleaner in morning). Basement rooms - hear everything from above - dripping condensation minimized by towels wrapped around pipes in room, poor ventilation and doors are propped open with breeze blocks. Do not recommend.
