I went to use the sauna and jacuzzi, the floor was filthy and the steam room wasn’t working and some of the jets in the jacuzzi were not working.

Air conditioner control restricted
The air conditioner would go no lower than 20.5/21 despite the temperature I assigned. In practice it felt even warmer. Room service food was generous in terms of portions but not good. One touch suppprt was really poor and didn’t do what they said they would.

We had a layover in Riyadh and needed a place to relax and sleep for a few hours. Mariott was great. Clean, comfortable room/bed, lovely restaurant and buffet. We also enjoyed hanging around the pool. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is about 4 minutes drive from King Khalid Int. Airport. The hotel does not offer a free of charge shuttle service, you’ll have to pay and notify them 24hrs prior to your arrival. Although the hotel is near the airport, but you barely hear the airplanes take-off or landing. Very newly renovated wonderful Saudi staff at the reception, Starbucks is available besides an international restaurant that offer a decent international food, plus a nice cooled area outside across the pool, if you wish to enjoy the Sheesha.

I like the place which close to the airport and and rooms are good size with good amenities. The hotel is close to the airport and better to have a free of charge shuttle bus up & down to terminals to be requested by the guest or even each certain times.
