“Had a difficult time getting into the building. Code would not work. Finally a lady that lives in the building let us in. After reaching out to the host, we were able to get into the apartment. The place looked just like the picture on the app, it was clean. The problem was the two of us only had 1 clean bath towel. The rest of the towels and the sheets from the prior occupant, we’re in the washer/dryer combo, damp and stinky. The hosts cleaning ladies obviously did not do their job well.”

“Upon our arrival at Royal Retreat 3 we discovered that we had no internet and no TV signal. I tried to resolve the issue by contacting the host. I was told by her answering service that it was Saturday and that Miss Carol would not be available until Monday. My communications with the host, that followed, clearly show my despair in trying to resolve the issue and her avoidance of responsibility.We finally did get internet service on Monday, although I am not certain of the source. “This apartment was perfectly located, had everything we needed and served our 4 week stay very well. ”

“I was pleasantly surprised about the size of the place, very roomy, and the sliding glass doors to the deck added brightness and a pleasant view. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever you needed, including cleaning items. I will need to travel down this way again this year and would certainly rent from Jordan again. Very homey place.”
