“Cute place. It’s half of a duplex. Furnishings are nice. Bath is small but nice. No counter space tho. Bathroom door is a barn door style…little privacy. Kitchen has everything you need but there are no cabinets…just shelves. Dishes and glasses were in a basket. Not what you might expect. Keurig coffee maker…brought my own pods luckily TV and WiFi work great. Didn’t use the hot tub…its placement just outside of the entryway is odd, but makes a little more sense when you see it. “Lovely place to stay near Blacksburg a short 20 minute drive. We brought our dogs and ourselves down to move my brother-in-law and it was perfect. The space is beautiful and the bed is very comfortable.”

“My husband and I stayed for a few days between Christmas and New Years. Although the weather was not ideal, we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation! The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, the kitchen was perfectly equipped for cooking the delicious local produce, and the bathroom was luxurious. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and we loved learning about the farm. We would look forward to staying here again or visiting the other BNB location at Smith Mountain. “Great location very close proximity to the Triple Crown hikes. Loved the fire pit and the axe throwing was a cool unique addition. Kitchen was well equipped and the beds were pretty comfortable. Was a nice home away from home. ”

“We absolutely adored this place. The owners go above and beyond to make sure your stay is fantastic. Anytime I had a question I was answered at lightning speed. The home was 100% magnificent. Every room was clean. They had perfect directions printed out for the surrounding area and how to take care of their place. I would have to say this is in my top 3 most favorite properties I have ever been to. ”

“We had a great stay, nothing to complain about. The place was clean, well stocked kitchen (everything worked), comfy beds and very accommodating! We enjoyed some of the games/puzzles. Kayaks were fun. My only suggestion to owner/property manager is PLEASE remove the invasive vines covering the trees before it kills them. From the water, it definitely takes away from the beauty of this house compared to neighboring properties. Yes, there are a lot of stairs to the dock but we all managed……
