“Reception was ok. On entering the room I could smell dog. A few minutes later my wife stood a piece of kibble. Told reception,in fairness they offered a room change but had already unpacked and was only there one night. Went for a drink at the bar in the evening. Staff didn't really seem interested in serving. When the bill came they'd charged for the costliest pino rather than the one my wife pointed out . Took $100 incidentals on arrival. “I stayed here for a family reunion. I actually purchased several rooms for my family. I reviewed the other room and I received feedback from Hampton basically saying I lied or that was my interpretation. I stated my room smelled like a wet dog and that there had been a spider in the bathroom. Thier response was they checked my room and they didn't see a spider and the room smelled fine to them. Well of course I killed the spider. I didn't say it was infested. The room does smell however. ……
