The driveway getting up into the resort was horrific. I thought I was gonna sync my car. At check-in, no one could speak English.. The room was definitely not up apart way below average… and the food was way below average…. The only place I could get a Wi-Fi signal is in the reception area… however ...

hotel was lovely. beautiful pool and waterfall. good breakfast. room was a bit small but comfortable. plug on hairdryer looked cracked. shower different. loose handle on turn on part. had to pull down on lower unit to get shower to flow. receptionists were very helpful. only disappointment was we ...
