“Breakfast spread was great, service and hospitality was top notch. Property is good too and has a gym, sauna, steam and pool too which is great. Rooms are fine. We had an issue with the smell coming from the drainage throughout the stay but other than that it was good. They did try to fix it but wasnt able to. ”

“Have stayed at many of the Taj properties and experienced very high standard service. This property doesn’t live up to a Taj standard. Totally disappointed with the food offerings and limited amenities. No luxury feel no pampering. Other than the view nothing worked for me. They need to get their game up.”

“Air conditioning was no good 😭 I requested them for heating but they brought small heaters which was almost broke…towels also not clean ..we stayed three days ..but with same bed sheets which was from the beginning…”

“We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Aketa. The Hotel staff provided us the best services- Guest Services including front desk staff and restaurant staff. All went over and above to assist us. The room is fully equipped with all amenities. We really enjoyed our 3 day stay here and we would stay here again, next time we visit Dehradun.”
