Cooking odors in the hallways, as if someone living on site. Room in slight disrepair, some incomplete patching after renovations, AC in our room did not work. Water did not remain hot through shower.

This is a charming older home in a very quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe and there was room for 2 vehicles in the carport. All the beds and furniture were good quality and comfortable.
