"Place is clean and has everything you need very happy with the resort"

"Older time share property at a reasonable cost. If you are traveling with family (including kids), the property can’t be beat at this price point. It is within 5 mins from town. Love the multiple pools, BBQ laundry in unit plus and large living space each apartment. Downside is that the unit are definitely on the older side with hard towels. Oh and there are the roosters that wakes you up started before 5AM. Ear plugs are a must if you are a light sleeper or still surviving jet legs. "

"We were surprised to learn that we ended up at a time share resort. The listing had the word “aparthotel” in small print which is the code for understanding that this isn’t a standard hotel arrangement. Our suite was OK but pretty blah. A second disappointment was that we were put in an accessible suite which meant that the bathroom was unpleasant. And while there is a good restaurant on the property it doesn’t serve breakfast so you need to buy food at their little market or the local grocery store which was recovering from a problem with their refrigeration system. The resort location is close to several great beaches and Hanelei is a prime area to explore. And once we adjusted to the timeshare mode our stay was pleasant. "

"Very great rental for the price. It really is the perfect Kauai getaway and located just minutes from a classic Hawaiian experience in Hanalei town. Communication with the Property Manager once was very pleasant and helpful."

"Beautiful spacious cottage in the heart of Princeville. Loved being able to park out front and walk up without going through a condo building. It felt like our own house. Convenient to get in and out of the Princeville neighborhood. Steps from the pool and a short hike down to Anini beach. Would stay here again"

"I think my deck should have had two lounge chairs instead of one. There were not enough dresser drawers in the room. The hall rug on floor one was a bit shabby. Overall though, very nice property and great staff."

"Beautiful plantation style home: the walls and floors are amazing redwood planks and each wall is set with sets of French doors that open to a lovely, partially screened lanai. The home is surrounded by greenery and wildlife. We saw (and heard) numerous roosters, chickens, bull frogs, song birds, wild pigs. Close, easy walk to the peaceful Anini Beach. We were there during a rain storm that battered other Hawaiian islands, but treated us with gentle showers. The home was clean and well set up- agree that it could use some sharper knives. "
