"We rented the property to use for a family gathering to celebrate my daughters graduation from Texas A&M CC. The rental and checkin was easy and communication with the host was awesome. She responded quickly when we asked questions about the property. The property really has everything you need. Fishing poles, boogie boards and even a kayak, the canal connects to the bay. "This is our second visit to the property. The first was before the recent updates and I will say it was a difference of night and day. Separate living spaces made if easy for our two families to enjoy a long weekend together. Cheryl was an outstanding host who responded almost immediately and was most accommodating. I would not hesitate to book again and plan on doing so."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay, It was cozy and smaller than expected but we didn't mind. The pool was nice and refreshing and you have a slight view of the beach. Property was clean and maintained. Its a very short drive to the Lexington and the little shops, you could walk but our gang was against it due to all the walking at the Lexington. Also a Short drive to HEB. Only thing was it smelled like mildew and we had to go buy Air fresheners to place throughout the unit because we all had headaches...
