"Who doesn't like staying at a palazzo? But this really was a wonderful experience. The palazzo is part of a castle, with some houses and restaurants within it. The palazzo has a range of spaces/rooms open to all but the highlight is the terrace with pool and a magnificent view to the sea. That view is only bettered by that of the Hotel's restaurants which really should be visited. "

"Room was a bit in a need of maintenance and not well cleaned. The reception staff were a bit slow and not very accommodating. All messages sent in advance of arrival were withered replied with delays or not at all. Our check-out was set for 11:00h but the receptionist insisted we should be leaving by 10:30h as there was a private hire on that day. I have showed her the check out details on my booking but all I got as a reply was “Yeah we need to update the check out time to 10:30h on the platform.” For people willing to sleep in and catch the last half an hour of the breakfast there is not much choose left and staff are not really good at replenishing the items that were finished by the earlier guests. There was no eggs, no bacon, not much juice and so many other things missing. Do not disturb settings on the door screen was ignored and staff entered the room whilst we were in to ask if they can tidy up the room. Air conditioning system not really sufficient for 35 degrees heat and super loud if you leave it on at night when you sleep even on the lowest setting. Overall I don’t think I will be staying with the Tenuta again. "

"This hotel is a great find, it's well priced, great location and it is IMMACULATE, fresh towels everyday, bed made and room cleaned everyday. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, I would definitely return here! You get what you pay for in most places, however this hotel exceeded my expectations for the price point."

"We had an excellent stay at the Verde Olivo Bed and Breakfast! For anyone seeking out an adventure to the mountains of San Marino to the beaches of Rimini, or even a quiet romantic weekend getaway, this location is second to none! Our hosts went above and beyond to maximize our experience. We woke up each morning to a vast home cooked breakfast. They also had fantastic dinner recommendations for what the region had to offer and arranged reservations for us! Our room was quiet, comfortable, and offered the perfect view of the Italian countryside. We strongly recommend a stay at the Verde Olivo and we will be back soon! "
