L'appartamento è molto comodo, ampio, pulito, vicinissimo a un bel parco giochi e con i principali servizi raggiungibili anche a piedi in pochi minuti Purtroppo un lato affaccia in una strada molto trafficata, questo aspetto negativo viene però compensato dall'altro affaccio interno con vista sul Civetta e dall'appartamento nel suo complesso.
