Wat gedateerde maar erg charmante en propere kamers. Erg vriendelijke ontvangst en soepel afhandeling (ook mbt aankomst -en vertrekuren) De keukenvoorzieningen zijn helemaal aangepast aan grote groepen, met zeer degelijke toestellen en keukengrief. Een beetje jammer dat buiten eten alleen maar mogelijk is op het terras aan de (nogal drukke en luidruchtige) straatkant en er geen tafels of accommodatie voorzien is in de mooie aangelegde achtergelegen tuin.

De beschrijving van het pand (en vooral van de ligging) doet geen recht aan de werkelijkheid. Dit voormalige hotel (inrichting en voorzieningen jaren ‘80, zonder hip te willen zijn) ligt op een kruispunt van drukke wegen, met als ‘bonus’ dat de eigenaren ook een verhuurbedrijf van auto’s en busjes hebben, waardoor de ruimte bij de entree volstaat met de handelswaar. ‘s-Ochtends komen de klanten… Achter het pand ligt een mooi gazon met een beek, daarachter een bos. De brug over de beek is echter zo verrot dat het gebruik verboden is. Het bos kun je dus alleen maar van afstand bekijken. Er is vanuit het pand verder geen verbinding met dit mooiere deel van de locatie. Het terras ligt aan de voorkant, aan de drukke weg en met uitzicht op de verhuurvloot. Binnen ligt een bonte verzameling oude spullen uitgestald. De keuken is acceptabel, maar om er te komen moet je een oud podium oversteken, voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn een flinke hindernis. De kamers en sanitair zijn heel erg oud, redelijk schoon, maar met vreselijke bedden. We hebben het hele pand gehuurd met 14 personen, maar kregen niet de beschikking over alle kamers. Eigenlijk zou dit pand niet via Belvilla aangeboden mogen worden, zeker niet met zo’n beschrijving.
