“This property is misleading. There isn’t a beach area to swim in, play at or dock your boat. The large hill and lack of accessible boat dock restricted the older men in our party from getting in the boat so they watched from the patio. The room with bunk beds had ants, not great for the kids. The bathroom toilet had a leak, which lead to a perpetual wet rug. We made the best of our stay and time spent with family but this little cabin needs some TLC and an updated description. ”

“This was our 3rd stay at the Hilton Tilton. First stay though in several years. Several upgrades had been made and the place keeps getting better. Caught several walleyes and Northerns off the dock. Really enjoyed the kayak and used the paddle boat. Fired up the wood fired sauna several times for a good sweat and at night we relaxed in the hot tub. Outhouse was very clean and did not detect any bad odors. Weather was perfect for our stay. Check in and out was very smooth. We will be back for a……

“We had an amazing overnight stay. The cabin is beautifully decorated and has fun, yet tasteful, little nods to their llamas/alpacas. Speaking of alpacas, we loved getting to feed them in the morning. The porch was a gorgeous spot for my morning cup of coffee, which they had provided, and my son enjoyed the tree swing and our cozy movie night. Thanks for a wonderful stay! ”

“Very clean and well stocked. On a pretty lake with a nice little sandy area. Nice outside firepit area, treats inside.. definitely recommend for a small group..The camper is quite small so 6 people would have been a tight crowd inside (but there ARE 6 sleeping spots). My 4 kids were not able to make it which was ok because it was freezing out and the wind picked up so much we had to be inside. Made the best of it and watched movies and hit the town the next day. Again, recommended place!”

“Everything in the description was to the T! Communication with the host was excellent, checking in upon our arrival and again at departure. Great location to walk to restaurants and downtown shopping!Love the coziness of an older home with all the updated modern amenities.
