Front desk staff was extremely rude and dismissive. I checked in, went to room. Found the fridge to be broken, wasn’t closing properly. I asked to be moved
To a new room, because even if they fixed the fridge, it would take hours for it to get cold. I had time sensitive food that needed refrigeration. They told me they were sold out despite rooms to appearing on the app. Maintenance “fixed” the fridge but as predicted, the fridge never got cold. My food worth over $100 was spoiled the next day. Hotel refused to give refund. Terrible experience, awful staff.
