This place is not bad but probably won’t stay again the room we had assigned never was cleaned so we had to move to another room. That room wasn’t any better but it did enough for us to stay. The staff was nice to accommodate us with a new room but that room had a few stains like in the kitchen and the bathroom the roll of tissue was there from previous tenants who stayed so we had to get new toilet paper . The place was easy to check in and out

Canceled my reservation, took my money, put a sign on the door with my name on it and others whose reservation was canceled stating SOLD OUT and contact whomever you paid to get refunded. No where to stay in the middle of the night. Wouldn't answer the phone for me or expedia. Yikes. Kudos to expedia staff who handled the matter with professional attention.

Horrible service! And they’re scammers. We booked five rooms. All of them were sold out. In fact, two of our friends went to their room just to find out there were already guests in it. And it’s not only us I saw some people in the front desk with the same issue. I have paid from Expedia but they have charged me $82 extra before check-in and it is posted. I do not recommend them at all! BE CAREFUL GUYS!

Room and staff were great. Only downside were the people hanging around the front lobby. Also saw the police there 3 different days for different reasons. Even with that , I felt safe and the room was a great value and convenient to main roads. Would stay again.

Grab and go breakfast bar is just that, grab a coffee and snack bar and get out as fast as possible. Dirty hotel, needs major renovation. Staff were helpful and nice. Room was clean but very dated.

Staff was polite. The hotel is a dump. There was dog feces in the hallway. The room door looked like it was attacked by a dog. The room floor was vinyl and sticky in spots. There were half-drank sodas in the fridge and the entire lobby and hallway smelled like marijuana and the front doors were difficult to open.

Check in was easy. The first one they put me in. Apparently the manager decided they didn’t want anybody on the first floor so they switched my room out and I got up to the room and I couldn’t get the door to lock so I went back downstairs to get a different room they gave me a different room. Everything was good with that room it was clean— Staff is always helpful and politethere.

Confusing lay out of buildings, no lobby this way signage anywhere. Park your car and good luck finding that same entrance door. Neither lamp worked in room which i reported 1st night. Nothing done our 2 night stay. Left with harsh fluorescent overheads. Refrigerator door either rusty or moldy didnt use it. The heat/AC unit whistled then sounded like a turbine. The bed was clean, comfortable. The bathroom clean, stocked. It was quiet enough.
