An Old but Fabulous 5 Bedroom 2 Bath Home with with a Spacious Lower level extra Bedroom, Full Bathroom, Shower, 55" TV and kitchen. That's 6 Beds and 3 Full Bathrooms! A spacious Living Room, Dining Room with 55" TV, spacious Kitchen fully stocked. Each Bedroom has a TV with Roku, It's on a Hill, really Nice place for a family or friends who want Home away from Home.
This Home is named "House of Faith" as all of my houses are "Grace," "Faith," "Peace," and "Bethesda" They are Houses that provide home away from home. Each has it's own Sunroom. Each has plenty of Space for family and friends as well as space for multiple people in the home and not being on top of each other. This Home is for you! Back Yard! Driveway! BBQ Grill! Fenced on 3 sides! Beautiful and Safe neighborhood!

The good: Rickey was very nice. The house was spacious. There were TV's in every room. The beds were decent. Plenty of towels, wash cloths, and toilet paper provided. The bad: We felt like we were intruding on personal space the entire stay due to so many of the owners personal things in the house (pictures, clothing in the drawers, behind the head board, and food left in the cabinets and fridge.) It wasn't completely filthy but the stove and cabinets were grimy and the bathroom on the second floor needed a good once over for dirt and dust. The listing said there was a washer and dryer but the rental itself did not actually have one. We communicated that to Rickey and he made his washer/dryer in his personal studio in the basement available for us to use. There are window air conditioners to help cool the house but when it's really warm they have a hard time keeping up with such a large space. That would probably not be an issue if you aren't staying in the summer.
