Horrible

The thermostate was not working. It was dirty. The tv was mounted in a way where youd have to stand and watch it. There was no chair to watch it from and you couldnt see the screen from the bed.

We loved the location, very close to Mayo Clinic and downtown. Furthermore the price was attractive relative to other places. We felt we received good value for what we paid. The window coverings were broken. The floor was dirty. We could never get the TV sound to work. It needed another chair to sit in. The bed was not very comfortable. It was hard to keep the water in the shower. The heat was impossible to regulate
