The heated underground parking was wonderful in the cold weather. We used the kitchen in our room for several meals. Breakfast was great. Staff was helpful and friendly. There is street construction around the building, but unloading and loading are still easy. The shuttle was very convenient, although it doesn't run on Saturday or Sunday.

From check-in to check-out the whole experience was great. The room was much more than expected; included apartment sized refrigerator, two cooking burners, dishwasher, and microwave. The breakfast bar has a wide variety of choices: toast, oatmeal, eggs bacon, sausage sandwich, pancakes, waffles, etc. The security measures were something I have never experienced, but they made you feel more than safe.

The room was clean and nice. One bed had a squeak which was a little annoying but truly minor. It was my second stay here in 2 weeks and I'll keep coming back if we are going to Mayo. It's super convenient, great staff, good breakfast and the rooms are really nice. They treat you well here.

Nice hotel with good access to Mayo

The room was nice, clean and quiet. It was well stocked with necessities. We had appointments at Mayo and was an easy walk to the Gonda Building. My only request would be that the fan on the heat/cool unit could run independently. It makes the perfect white noise whem trying to sleep on a strange place.

I have stayed here a few times for easy access to Mayo Clinic. There is a lot of construction in the area, but they have a dedicated shuttle which makes it easy (the shuttle will take you anywhere in a 2 mile radius, too). The staff has always been fantastic: very friendly, professional and helpful. One of the best area hotels I have stayed at. They require your room key for the elevator use and garage access which I appreciate for security.
