「Nice motel for the price. Walls are a little thin and it’s a little outdated but that wasn’t a problem for me. Price wise it’s great. I couldn’t make it one day and came late the day after I rang the motel and the person on reception was friendly and understanding. They left the key for me even though I arrived the next day really late. I would stay here again! 」

「Everything about our stay was perfect. The room was very clean, even sheets and pillows were clean and brand new fresh. Staff was fantastic, friendly very accomidating. Pet friendly , we brought our 2 pomeranian. There was a dog park lake side walking distance. It was very quiet locarion but close to places to walk. Kitchen very clean, fridge, stove and microwave. Had great kitchen items for cooking Thank you for a lovely stay at your resort.」

「This is a lovely small villa as a part of a vineyard. The family who are running it are lovely. The rooms are large and comfortable with a jetted tub as well as a shower in the oversized bathroom. The view is nothing short of stunning, overcooking Osoyoos lake and the mountains on the opposite side of the valley. We will definitely stay here again. It is not in town but is a short 3 minute drive away from all the amenities you could need. 」

「预定了顶层套房，设施齐全，带全套厨房及洗衣设施。但housekeeping 不细致，明明是带孩子出行，需要使用沙发床，但晚上临睡前才发现没有放任何沙发床所需床品，床单被子枕头什么都没有。立即联系酒店客服，也只是送来床单和很薄的毯子，晚上睡的极不舒服。服务意识非常一般。」

「The top floor room was over-warm overnight and the AC, while efficient, was too noisy to leave running. Leave your window open 24/7 and ignore the traffic noise with earplugs...」

「The pool and hot tub were perfect for the chilly spring days. I didnt use them, but they had BBQs ready for guests which is a really nice feature along with the access to the beach. My room was unfortunately right beside reception and the restaurant so it was a bit loud. The front desk also called my person cell twice at 9:30pm and 10:50pm. When I called them back in the morning they said it must have been house keeping or a mistake. The restaurant food was ok, not 5-star dining in my opinion,...

「Called ahead of time and was informed that the hot tub was up and running and when we got there it was not and definitely not open. Disappointed as that was the reason we booked the hotel. Found another hotel that met what we were looking for. 」
