"I booked this hotel because all the 5 stars in the city were booked. And I checked out from the hotel within 5 hours because the both the bedroom and the bathroom were infested with bugs and cockroaches. I escaped with a few bites on me and I don’t think I wanted more.

"Its a great property in the heart of the city n yet its quite and peaceful. Great staff. Saw some nice art displayed in one corridor. Have stayed n dinned here multiple times. Never disappoints. It carrys d Taj brand well. "
"The hotel doesn’t have a lift which was problematic for those with mobility issues in our group. The staff were kind and went out of their way to help us with local phonecalls & taxis which was appreciated & accommodated us when extending our stay.
A few minor enhancements would improve the room e.g. having hooks behind the door in bathroom or a rail to hang towels. Breakfast could have more continental options but was not bad for what we paid. There was building work going on immediately outside the hotel which made it v dusty & noisy too."
