Beautiful inn, staff is friendly, beautiful location and friendly dogs but since we were there in the off season the town Rock hall wasn’t very interesting

Lovely for a stay overnight or more
The Pond cottage is lovely. The high stools on the floor are slippery and I almost fell out of one. Would prefer a low chair and table. The cottage is well apportioned and most comfortable. The porch with chairs is a nice plus. The grounds are wonderful. We do not prefer a breakfast set up where all guests must show at the same time and wait in line for serving themselves. But otherwise it is a wonderful Inn.

Feels like home in a lovely setting
This was a last minute booking due to confusion with previous plans, but what a surprise! This is by far the most beautiful place we have stayed. The owners are lovely and the dogs make you feel right at home. We are already planning a return!

Beautiful 70 property with a trail to a pier on the bay. My room was a very well appointed stand alone mini house. Wonderful gardens abound.

Beautiful rooms in a beautiful house surrounded by beautiful fields and forests. Rock Hall is quaint, friendly, and worth your time.

Just Amazing!
The Inn at Huntingfield Creek is amazing! The room was spacious and comfortable with a large bath. My husband and I enjoyed the library for a quiet place to relax with a book and a glass of wine. The grounds are beautiful with walking paths and a private dock on the bay. The weekend breakfast is delicious and we also took advantage of Java Rock in town. I would give this B&B 10 stars if I could. We look forward to our next stay at the Inn.

Best retreat ever!
We were updated to a cottage (#1) from the main house....what a treat! Mariela was so kind and helpful. The first night the hot water wouldn’t fill the tub, but she called a plumber and I had a tub full of hot water the next day! This was such a wonderful place to stay! Quiet, so many cozy public spaces, free cookies, super comfortable bed, lovely places to walk and Rosie the dog adopted us as our escort to the dock and around the pond. The heated tile floor in the bathroom was so nice. Best vacation spot ever! Mariela cooked a wonderful breakfast the first day, and we had breakfast at Java Rock in town the next day which was delicious too! Would highly recommend!

Blueberry Bread Pudding, Rosie, and SO MUCH MORE.
We loved everything about our stay here! I was super excited because my husband had never agreed to stay in a B & B but that will forever be changed because of the Inn at Huntingfield Creek. The atmosphere was so relaxing and peaceful with plenty of room to roam. Food was exceptional and we strongly recommend a Saturday night stay so you can experience JoAnn's blueberry bread pudding which was the best thing ever. Fresh fruit (and lots of it) was offered every morning with bacon, sausage, eggs and wonderful bread not to mention juices and coffee. The owners are so fun to hang out with at breakfast and make getting up early (breakfast at 8:30) something to look forward to. We loved the town of Rock Hall and found many great restaurants to enjoy as well. There plenty to do and see, a comfortable bed to sleep in at night in quiet and peaceful rooms. The best part? Well, for me, Laura, it was Rosie. She is one of the owner's four very well behaved dogs - I love them all but she is something special and if I could've gotten her out in my suitcase, well, I'd never be able to return to the Inn so we left her behind. We will go back time and time again and we're already talking about when we might be able to do so next fall. This is a 5 star place that you don't want to miss if you're up in that area! A place you really want to visit!
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Inn! We checked into one of the pet friendly cottages and could not have been more pleased with every aspect of our stay. Even our dog made friends with the owners and was happy as can be running with them thru the fields in the back of this big and beautiful property. Owners were gracious and helpful making sure we were settled in and gave us perfect recommendations for dinner on the water. In the morning, we headed into town for coffee and breakfast at a homey cafe. The town is quaint and inviting. The only regret we had was that we didn't stay long enough! We will be back!

Attention to every detail has been given by the owners, Jim and Joann, and their helper, Dr. Phil. The breakfasts were delicious and beautifully presented and the outdoor gardens were so relaxing to spend time. We will definitely be back.

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The hospitality was amazing making us feel right at home. The owners Jim and Joanne went out of their way to include us in conversation were very welcoming. The chocolate chip cookies were a hit with our family as were the friendly dogs looking for a little love. The cottage was comfortable, clean and well appointed. The furnishings and decor were beautiful. We all slept well. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. Would stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay at the property and received a warm welcome apon arrival. The cottage was very comfortable and allowed us to bring our two furry friends. We took advantage of the kitchenette and made dinner and snacks. There was also a nice trail heading to a dock on the bay that had a beautiful view. Overall, I'd recommend the property as it was very quiet and relaxing. I'd like to go back and explore the town when time allows.

We loved our stay at the Inn at Huntingfield Creek! What a beautiful place and so serene and relaxing! Amenities were great and the cottage we stayed in was lovely and well appointed with comfy robes and toiletries. We ordered Rose and Strawberries for our arrival and that was a welcoming snack for toasting to a great night away from home.

What a lovely find!!! Cannot wait to return! Jim and Joyce were lovely, attending to our every need. The food was scrumptious and plentiful- the complimentary wine and treats were such a nice and relaxing way to end a day on the river. The estate and grounds exquisite! I sleep like a baby and loved our room. The dogs were so cute. We will be back!!!

Perfect getaway! From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. The hosts were genial; the room was airy and spacious. The grounds offered perfectly manicured lawns, a gated pool and my favorite -- a 5 min. walk to a private expansive dockside view of the beautiful Bay. Treats at every turn including a yummy breakfast that begs you to seek seconds.

Wonderful escape
What an amazing place. Absolute immaculate and very well decorated. The owners are just lovely - very interesting and hospitable. The grounds are lovely, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. It was relaxing, friendly, comfortable and felt like a true get-away. I highly recommend it. The coffee shop that the owners have in town is fantastic too, along with the Austrian restaurant.

Lovely, quiet retreat on MD's Eastern Shore. a gem
A beautiful, well-kept and spacious property (even in January!) Nature abounds nearby and the town of Rock Hall is quaint and quiet at this time of year. Terrific accommodations -- clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Daily breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We loved the library/sitting room with comfortable chairs, books, lots of windows, gas fireplace and complimentary beverages. And the resident dogs of course! It's a special, quiet get-away spot in the winter but we look forward to seeing what the area has to offer when the weather turns warmer. We'll definitely be back!
