"We were infested by mayflies inside, had to leave after second day of 4 day stay...trying to get partial refund. rotten wood on bottom of door open to outside. trash in yard, filthy dishes in kitchen, fish hooks in carpet. didn't know it was upstairs only until day before we got there, which was difficult for my wife. I doubt this place would pass an inspection!"

"I was a little concerned when I first got there and saw the train tracks so close and you do hear them during the day but they don't go by at night so weren't an issue. Definitely a fun place to stay with a lot of things to do in the neighborhood. I'll definitely stay there next time I'm in town."
