Everything was so old and the bed was supper uncomfortable, we were falling in to the middle.

Everywhere they had posted “No Smoking “. I even had to sign that I would be fined if I smoked. The place wreaked of cigarette smoke the entire time. The coffee was barely Luke warm and I got it at 8. The bed was very comfortable. I asked for an ice bucket and no one could find one. I needed change for the soda machine and was told there isn’t any change on the premises. The front desk ladies seemed nice, but limited in provisions. The shower was nice and hot enough.

The staff was nice and friendly, but the room was old, dark and dingy. The bed was super hard and the carpet was filthy. It was very noisy. We could hear everything going on in the breakfast room next door. We won't stay here again.

Ok hotel. Front desk person was friendly. The room was dirty had used soap bars in shower. All the unused rooms had the doors open so when we got to the room the door waa open. That was kind of weird

Overall property was ok. Somewhat off the main road but not difficult to find. The walls are thin, and you can hear other guests. Property was somewhat dated and didn't appear to be in the safest area but was fine. It is close to the police station.

The property and motel were fine. The oderizer they used was an overwhelming perfume smell that required us to sleep with the windows open, the bathroom fan on all night and the first thirty minutes with the hallway door open. That meant we had to listed to interstate traffic and yield some privacy as we were on the ground floor. Other than the strong perfume scent everything else was fine.

Super 8. Not so super

People friendly but rooms were dirty. Carpets and chairs were stained badly. Checked in dirty towels left on hooks from previous guests. First room they gave me heater would not shut off. Hotter than a rest home. .

This was the dirtiest hotel room we have ever seen. Not that things were missed after guest previous to us, but like has not been cleaned in a long time. We didn't shower or anything in this room. Very reluctant to even sleep there.

The outside is a disaster, was skeptical of what I got into. Room was clean, bed soft, restroom clean and organized. The only thing off was the AC, ran all night room did not cool off, slept with no sheets or blanket. Oh, and the outlet above the desk only had one port that worked so had to turn the desk against the outside wall in order to plug my laptop in. Overall, a good stay.

First room was not cleaned from previous guest. Second room was fine. Continental breakfast was supposed to be from 6AM-9AM. A little after 6AM there was no staff, the breakfast lounge was dirty (seemingly not cleaned from the previous day) and there was no food or beverage available. I waited for a few minutes and then decided to pack up and leave as no staff was at the front desk/office.

carpet was filthy. no ice bucket or cleanex tissues. tv channels were non existent. outside maintenance was awful. weve stayed in several super 8 motels and none were as bad as this one. last stay there ver and we come to green river a lot. will gladly pay a little more to stay anywhere else

Room was dirty. The bathroom was really dirty. The shower had something brown all over it. Looked like blood. There appears to be mold on the ceiling and the paint is peeling. Hair and dirt in the corners of the bathroom.

It’s bad

Can’t believe that super 8 head office alouds old motels like that don’t know how old the place was it didn’t even have a shower had floor sloped to drain water So bad we didn’t stay there I went to the front check in to get a refund was no one there I waited and waited no one came so I left to book at bestwestern in rock springs I would like to get a refund was 92.00 and I’m fr Canada plus 40 percent exchange I will never book at super 8 again

Dirty, run down hotel staffed by drug addicts. I waited behind two other guests checking in. The clerk was so tweaked out of his head, kept making mistakes, talking to himself, and making spastic motions. If i hadnt already paid for the room i would have left and went somewhere else. Lots of very shady looking people hanging out in front and on the side. Lare at night someone kept shouting out. I thought it was another guest in a room but i was next to the room where there overnight clerk stays. NEVER NEVER NEVER

Horrible. We checked in and the room was wide open. It had not been cleaned from the previous tennant. There was stuff all in the fridge, the coffee pot had something all in it and it was on the floor, the beds were unmade, pee in the toilet, towels strewn on the floor, trash on the floor, etc. The front desk attendant went in to "clean" and just got the stuff out of the fridge and pulled the comforter up. I had to ask for him to wipe down the surfaces. I also had to ask for new sheets and towels. He only gave us one sheet (we had 2 Queen beds) and 2 hand towels. Couldn't even give us full towels. He also brought us the vacuum to vacuum the room ourselves. I'm not a demanding person or anything and I know it was a cheap hotel but I mean I expect the bare minimum.
