It was a great house; however, if you can’t navigate stairs, this is not the place for you. Beds were really comfy. Everything worked perfectly. Neighborhood is quiet. Nearby beach is fantastic for dog walking.

Pros: Plenty of room inside and out for the 4 of us and 1 dog. Beach access is easier than you can tell from the listing. I almost want to say bad things to keep this a secret gem, but … we were 100% pleased. Cons: The kitchen definitely needs more cooking equipment and the kitchen table only seats 4 which was fine for us but is not enough seating if you have more than 4..

Awesome... except for ants and demo!
Beautiful home, great location, space for everyone. But... several missing cabinets, holes in walls, etc. Main TV not working upon arrival, and ants everywhere! Mostly in kitchen and living room. It was awful. At the premium price we paid we expected better than that.

Within Walking Distance of Beach
House was OK - had some damage (three broken cupboards, wall dents, broken doors, stained downstairs carpet and overall rugs were not clean, couch had food and alot of sand in between cushions). Other than those things, it was a comfortable stay. Lots of room for family and friends. Very short walk to secluded beach. Quiet and relaxing.
