Nice place to relax.

Loved the size of the home and the beautiful decor.. The fire pit and gathering area in the yard was perfect. Hot tub was definitely an added bonus after a few long days of crabbing at Kelly's crabs 🦀 Beach was nice and close and not crowded..

House was OK - had some damage (three broken cupboards, wall dents, broken doors, stained downstairs carpet and overall rugs were not clean, couch had food and alot of sand in between cushions). Other than those things, it was a comfortable stay. Lots of room for family and friends. Very short walk to secluded beach. Quiet and relaxing.

This was a totally dreamy vacation. Master bedroom has a really big tub a relaxing bath is a must. The house is very close to the beach so you can hear the water at all times. The house was very clean and stocked with some kitchen supplies like spices, oils, hot sauce which are not important but needed during our stay. We did a lot of cooking during our stay. The pots and pans definitely need to be replaced. They’re very scratched and they are teflon. I’m pretty sure thats a safety concern. Also the sheets on the master bed are very worn and kinda scratchy. I would stay here again I would need to bring a couple things from home.

The beach was awesome. We had a hiccup on 2nd say, with fire alarm going off every 15 minutes to 30 minutes or so, starting at 5:30 AM until late afternoon. Not good. Ruined a whole day. Kinda left a bad taste with everyone in our party. Especially when, the response to fix this problem was slow and not real motivated to resolve it quickly. Basically paid for that day to sit in an obnoxious ear piercing alarm system. It was eventually fixed, but repairman seem to not have a clue how to repair it, until my son explained to him how to fix it. Vacasa never thought to compensate for the lost day. Most of the problem (IMHO) was due to my having to text an AI system or a calling service and never really spoking with a real person to address the problem. The house Sleeps 6. Two bedrooms were awesome. Other two bedrooms had cheap metal bunks that made alot of noise. Neighbors across the street were nice and understanding, but were definitely not happy that alarm was kept going off. Full size house, but we found some of the trash cans had not been emptied prior to our arrival. It appeared that the cleaning staff had not done a thorough or even basic sleeping of the property. Not book or instructions on the property as to what was needed to be done prior to leaving the property. Would be handy. We left a cash tip for cleaning staff in hopes it would motivate them to be more efficient. In spite of this we managed, like all families do, to still enjoy the vacation. The location made this vacation. Not the quality of service by Vacasa. I totally understand stuff happening (ie. Alarms, etc.) But the response was poor. They can do better. But I lost a day and paid for it.

Great place to stay!

This was the nicest home we have ever rented for vacation. It was clean and well stocked and the beach access was perfect! We had a wonderful time and this house is definitely on our rent again list!

It was a great house; however, if you can’t navigate stairs, this is not the place for you. Beds were really comfy. Everything worked perfectly. Neighborhood is quiet. Nearby beach is fantastic for dog walking.

This is a well equipped home near the beach, it took us a few minutes to figure out the beach access but it was sparsely populated and made for some nice walks. We were a multi generational family and it was nice to have two living areas for each to have their own space

Rockaway getaway

We love this house... it is spacious and well designed and also in a cul-de-sac with very little traffic. The beach access is good and it is a nice beach that is not crowded. This was our second stay in this house and we would definitely choose it again.
