Amazing location
The location of this property cannot be beat!!! It is right on the water with a beautiful deck to sit on and enjoy the view!! We would absolutely stay here again!

It could use a little love
The house it outdated and in need of some major attention. There aren’t any screens in the master bedroom so we couldn’t keep any of the windows open at night for air movement and we sweat through our sheets every night. The kitchen was dirty and none of the dishes were clean. It kind of stinks to have to start a vacation cleaning. The house smells moldy and the carpets were dirty and worn out. Half the blinds in the kids bedrooms were busted and couldn’t be closed. The washer and dryer made all of our clothes smell like mildew. They didn’t have enough dishes/glassware and their basics were pretty basic. Make sure to bring your own salt and pepper. That being said, it wasn’t all bad. The views are sensational and the beach is easy to get to. Getting into the house was a breeze. I feel like if the owners just put a little money back into it (and god knows with what we paid for five days, they can afford it)…this place would be five stars.

Family Vacation
Our trip to Rockaway Beach was NOT disappointing in any way. We got to the house and instantly fell in love with it. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and very accommodating. Then there was the view, absolutely stunning and breath taking. I would highly recommend staying here. The house is beautiful, there is plenty of space for family and friends, easy access to the beach, and the best thing is being able to enjoy the ocean. Can't wait to come back.

Rockaway stay
The house was large and well equipped. However, the cleanliness wasn’t what we had hoped. The BBQ didn’t work. The fireplace in the pictures on the ad was out of order, and our bed collapsed so we had to sleep with our mattress on the floor for the last 3 nights.

Coastal escape
We were looking for a low key vacation to unwind after a chaotic year. This perfectly fit our agenda. Steps from the sand. Enough room for the 8 of us to have our own space, then reconvene for meals, and games. Two families of 4, plus a doggo. Spectacular evening views. The kitchen is well stocked. We added some glassware to the complement. Rockaway Beach is super low key. Exactly what we were looking for. It was an easy trip to Tillamook and Cannon. Tons of incredibly scenic hiking are in easy access. We loved our stay, and so did our pup. This stretch of beach has low traffic. Quiet neighborhood. The entire town is walkable.

Weekend Mother’s Day getaway
