Beautiful grounds and property, as it was refreshing to wake up and walk around there. It is great for both families and dogs! Everything was clean, plenty of room, and many things provided! We swept the back porch as it can collect alot of debris from trees and bark bits. The hottub was a plus, but a couples jets werent working. When we figured out how to work it, some debris & pine came out. Luckily a hand net was provided. We got out most of what we could get. Aside, a very positive stay! Thank you! :)

Reading break surf trip
We were very excited upon arrival to the house- the location was fantastic for us, and the house was larger and brighter than anticipated. Everything was great, but we did notice that there were plenty of partially washed dishes put away and the throw blankets could use a wash. Overall, very satisfied with our stay! Beautiful little town and for a great price :)

We were very much looking forward to a beach get away but an extreme weather storm hit the metro area that prevented safe travel to/from the beach. We reached out to try to change our reservation or get some sort of accommodation but were met with rigid rules and no consideration for safety or customer satisfaction. I cannot rate the house as we were never there but am giving the host a 1 star rating (would have given 0 if it was an option) due to their lack of consideration. Please read reviews about hosts as you select your property to reserve as many hosts get great reviews - this host is not one of those!

Perfect in every way☀️❤️
Four generations of spending our summers in Rockaway Beach. This is by far at the top of my list to stay again. This trip was for my sons 16th birthday and this property has all the luxuries of home and more. A close short walk to the beach directly across from the twin rocks, the lake is easy to access and the big tree trail is in walking distance too. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us🤗 can’t wait to come back!!
