Enjoyed the stay

I like the main level on the top floor with the kitchen looking out from mountain to ocean. Nice that the bedrooms had their own bathroom. Also felt safer using the garage, although the area seemed very safe. Even though there were a lot of stairs, I would consider going back again.

Cozy, clean and relaxing

The place was clean and comfortable. Short walk to the beach and within a short drive to some of our favorite other beaches and towns. Would definitely book again!

Perfect beach getaway!

Loved the location to the beach. Literally steps away. All the items you need for the beach are included in this location. Restaurants, coffee, shopping within walking distance. All this made for the perfect beach getaway!

Great space. Room for everyone. Great kitchen. The location is awesome. Parking is a nightmare for anyone with a car bigger than a thumbnail however. The batteries to the remotes were all dead, we had to go buy new ones. We enjoyed our time.

Seemless stay close to the beach

I would recommend this property as it was quiet, close to town and a quick walk to the beach. The owners have provided the essentials needed to make cooking very convenient. When we are planning our next trip to the Oregon Coast, this unit will be on our short list.

Wonderful beach escape

We had a great time! This property is amazing! The owners were so kind and generous. They let us check in early and check out late, because we were here during the slow season. This house is wonderful and fully stocked with linens, towels and kitchen tools. We will definitely be back!

Roomy but lots of stairs. The fireplace doesn’t work and we didn’t find that out until the check in email the day before. We booked it because it had a fireplace. So finding that out past the cancellation window was disappointing! The futon seems to be rickety so we didn’t sit on it. The deck chairs were kind of dirty. Other than that the location is great. Easy walking to the beach and the shops and restaurants.

Location and place was good overall

Our visit here was good for the most part. Good location, close to the beach, correspondence was good and was able to check in early and checkout a little late as was requested with the day light savings happening this weekend. The issue was with the cleaning deposit. If we have to pay a cleaning fee (which was 1.5 X the nightly price at this time of the year) we should expect the place to be cleaned before we get there. It wasn’t terribly dirty, but there was sand on the floor ( we had not been to the beach yet), hair in the tubs and dirty pans (with food on them) in the pantry. The issue is charging that much to clean up after us and we didn’t even get to have a clean place before we get there. I would recommend this place, but the cleaning fee and cleanliness of the place needs to be addressed.

Beautiful beach, dreary weather

The townhouse was close to the beach, but not on the beach. I guess I had the impression that the picture shown was the view from the townhouse. The townhouse looks onto a parking lot on either side. Since the weather was cloudy and cold we spent more time in the house than usual. The TV was difficult to figure out with netflix and hulu, but no local programing. I had to call to ask how to use it since we have satellite. I asked about a grill while we were on the phone and she told me there was none. Knowing that the beach city was a little remote we bought groceries and planned on grilling.We ended up frying all the hamburgers, brats etc which was not as nice as we are used to. These are the only two complaints. It was a comfortable stay and we had a good time.

Great Stay!

We had an amazing time. The upstairs and kitchen area was clean and spacious. Location was perfect - super close to the beach, food, and plenty of hikes. They have a ton of beach toys and chairs, ping pong table (although we couldn’t find the ping pong balls). Only downside is the train is right there -_- and your porch looks into the parking lot. Would stay again! Great for kids too.

Short But Comfortable Stay

Pros: Easy location. Accommodations was clean and efficient. There is a garage so you can keep your car sheltered as long as it isn't a large SUV. Cons: I knew that there were stairs, however did not anticipate that the kitchen-dining-living area was on the third floor. Thought that was odd, however it worked for the just a quick overnight stay. If there was someone who may have slight disabilities, they wouldn't be aware until they arrived and realized that there were a lot of stairs to navigate through. My wife has a bad knee & going up and down the stairs proved to be a challenge for her. In addition, my daughter sprained her ankle just before this trip, so she also had difficulties traversing up and down the stairs. Older people or those with disabilities would find this place to be quite inconvenient just because of three floors of stairs. Otherwise the overall accommodations was cozy and clean.

Perfect!

This was my first VRBO experience and all went well. Property is exactly as described (including all the stairs!!) and can't beat the location. Several daily walks to the beach due to the closeness. Beach chairs and accessories in the garage were a plus!! Market, shops and restaurants across the street - parked my car in the garage, and it never left. Kitchen was extremely well stocked and cooking was easy. Communication was fast and reliable for this "newbie" and they were patient with me. :) The only "down" side is the units are very close together, with no outside space other than the balconies, so you get to know your neighbors fast. However, there are so many balconies, that you can just move to a different one. Chairs on the Queen bedroom balcony would have been good, but we worked it out.
