"Our stay at the Irish Farmhouse was perfect! The property is well designed and appointed and an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the surrounding landscape and area. We didn’t get use the porch or fire pit as it was too cold but definitely will next time we stay. Everything was spotless, the furniture was comfortable and the kitchen had just what we needed for a meal that we picked up from a local grocery store. "This was an ideal rental for our family of four. The cottage is located in close proximity to Woodrow Park, which provides a walking bridge to cross the railroad tracks and venture into the historic downtown district on foot. The hosts were super nice and had all the lights on in the house when we arrived late in the evening; there was no fumbling in the dark to punch in the lock code or enter the house, which we very much appreciated. This was probably the cleanest VRBO rental we’ve ever...

"What can I say other than, Magnifique! The cabin was beautifully furnished (sharp knives, fast internet, hot water, ample soap & linens) and a lover's oasis. The indoor fireplace and working hot tub w/ jets are the high selling points of the cabin. Wood interior throughout makes it feel warm and inviting. Kingsized bed is memory-foam soft.10 minutes from downtown Lexington, VA, you can easily get all essentials and cook up a fine meal. Cabin was clean, easy to locate, and worth returning to."
