Please disclose pets when booking. Undisclosed pets: $200 non-refundable fee.

Check-in after 3:00 PM • Check-out before 11:00 AM (unless paid for via guest portal)
NO SMOKING INSIDE OF UNIT
Please flush only toilet paper (no wipes, tampons, etc.)
Do not use the wood counters as cutting boards – clean only with the provided solution
Always turn off propane when not in use
Keep the hot-tub cover on when not in use
Return all furniture to its original place before checkout
Host reserves the right to remove guests from the property, without refund and at host discretion, for any violation of these rules.
Guests are fully responsible for any damage or missing items during their stay.
Host is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to guest belongings.
