Great family get away. 2 living rooms give this place a great chill out vibe. Nice place to relax, build a puzzle and great views. We stayed over new years and the lake residents gave us a nice firework surprise

Beautiful Getaway

Our family of 3 adults and two kids 12 and 9 had a wonderful visit! Beautiful view and spacious home! Location was convenient for many restaurants and the Rockford dam and downtown adventuring. Should have rented the pontoon. Great vacation for all of us! Building memories with the grandkids.

Lake Life

Amazing property so many extras made it feel like home. Very comfortable. Best part was fishing off the dock and playing at the beach. Would love to stay again

Beautiful property

An absolutely beautiful lake house to spend the weekend or a week. Tons of water front. Small beach area and dock with a bench for coffee drinking. Quiet even with the water sports. GREAT fishing spot. Large house and water side bar and large seating make for a relaxing water side retreat. Host was great with communication and responding.

Family vacation

A wonderful stay in Rockford, MI. We came in from Virginia and wanted a lake house in the Grand Rapids area close to our son’s family. It was a beautiful home with everything you could want or need. Beds are very comfortable and house was spotless which are 2 main components. The house and view are exactly as described in the photos. The property owner was very receptive to all my questions. Thank you for a great stay.

Great for extended family

We travelled with our daughter’s family (2 kids ages 5 and 8). The set up was perfect for having our own space yet still being together. Very clean and well stocked for basic essentials. Outdoor area very nice. The only issues were splinters on the old decking. The wood deck and patios near water are in need of replacement. Highly recommended!

Fun family time

The inside of the house was really great, no issues, clean, exactly as described. The family did enjoy the outside as well, however, a good portion of the furniture that is in the photos was not out when we stayed there. Also, some of the boards on the deck by the waterfront were warped and pulled up, resulting in multiple instances of people tripping. Overall, a very nice property, but some updated pictures would paint a more realistic picture of the outdoor space.

Great location, beautiful lake

The house is very nice but needs a few things to make it excellent. The pictures on the listing are outdated. The outdoor furniture, bar and lakeside kitchen needs updating. The deck needs to be replaced or refinished, many splinters. They also need to add things like curtains in the bedrooms, bedside lamps, and mirrors. Also, toilet paper, paper towels, and soap should be provided. (only one roll in each bathroom ) The boat and lake were wonderful, excellent pike and bass fishing. Lots of great places to eat nearby.

FABULOUS! A+

We rented this home in August 2024. Five adults stayed here and one afternoon we had a family reunion so about 20 of us used the lakeshore, which is PERFECT. In case you missed it: there is a grill, counter, electricity, and a sink with water all right there on the lakeshore! Accompanied by a very comfortable dining set topped by a string of lights. We ate every dinner there. The nearby firepit is great just bring your own firewood. We rented the boat and gas was included in the price. yipee. Wonderfully, and very unusual, ALL the bedrooms have a lake view. One of the queen beds downstairs was changed to a king! YAY for my married child. I had missed that there are FOUR bathrooms. 1-master 2-upstairs 3-downstairs near the 2 bedrooms 4-downstairs near slider to outside. (4th one great for easy access from the lake.) The owner has many things available, overhead fans, AC works great, plenty of towels, liquid hand soap at sinks, keurig, large serving bowls, extra fridge in the garage, a myriad of plastic drinkware, laundry pods, mirrors!, Also an extra grill up on the deck, closer to the kitchen! The downstairs living room is a fabulous bonus. The veiws from everywhere upstairs make you feel like you're on the lake even when you're inside! Plenty of parking. The owner is SUPER responsive and VERY helpful. Of course we wanted to stay longer! OH THE CLEANERS ARE AWEOME. So important. -And it was a same-day turnover for them.

50th Birthday Party

Great time with 6 people. 3 bedrooms meant that each couple had their own room. Everything was clean and updated with WiFi capabilities. Great outdoor seating area on water and fire pit. Would definitely stay again!

This property was exactly what we were hoping for. The huge lawn was perfect for outdoor activities and we loved the lunch and dinner at the outdoor kitchen on the dock.

Family members and I stayed here for a nephew’s graduation in Grand Rapids. It was very convenient for that, and the lakefront location is beautiful! Lovely home.

Weekend Getaway

Had a very relaxing weekend. In town for a wedding and decided to make an extended weekend of it at the lake house. The property was exactly as described online. We will definitely be back during warmer weather.

Beautiful Bella Vista

This house was absolutely gorgeous all the way from curb to end of backyard! The house has many modern updates throughout, came with practically everything imaginable for use, and is honestly just stunning… my husband was obsessed with all the concrete countertops throughout! (Careful, it does get slippery in the bathroom!) The lake is beautiful with a clean, sandy beach, and the backyard is expansive for playing any yard game. Our only issue was that the dock was not in the water nor backyard countertop in place (thanks COVID delays!) but the host brought it to our attention beforehand and provided a solution that we were happy with. Also, excellent communication with the host! Highly recommend… and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much Chad for trusting us in your home!

The owner is very nice and a great communicator the home itself is exactly as described in the listing. We had A wonderful time even our 14 year old teenager! The lake is beautiful.

Beautiful house and property!

This is a lovely property. The yard, entertaining areas, beach area and lake are all beautiful. The owner is accommodating and responsive. We had a fabulous time fishing, chatting by the fire and hanging out in the deck.

A perfect summer family getaway

We absolutely loved this property for our young family. The house was clean and well taken care of. The two separate living spaces are great so that adults and children can have their own space. Being on the water was great. The beach and dining area were great, and renting the pontoon boat was fantastic. The lake is great-not too busy and gentle and scenic. Location is away but close enough that you can go out to eat or do other enjoyable activities. The host is prompt and very approachable. We would definitely rent this property again!

The house and property were gorgeous. Owner was extremely nice and helpful. We had to do a lot of baby/kid proofing when we got there, which we assumed before we booked. Just an FYI to anyone with kids 5 and under. Lake and boat were super fun!
