「This condo is on the Massanutten Resort, so you have to go to the resort check in desk. The listing and follow up email give conflicting information about check in time (some places say 4pm others say 5pm) and the link in the confirm email for directions is not accurate.Use the address for check in that is in the confirmation email and the resort will give you the address for the condo and map. Lots of fun caves in the area and things to do.」

「A group of friends and family came down from various states to hang out and hike. We stayed 4 minutes from the main hub.」

「The place was nice and clean w basic amenities. However, description said it is a 4 minutes walk to the slope resorts, but it is a 4 mins DRIVE and probably 20-25 mins walk. It is still nice to be closeby. Also, it is on the lower level so sometimes you can hear footsteps from upstairs. Overall, a nice and clean place to stay. 」

「Property was nice and clean However the hot water only lasted about 2 mins. Water went cold during showers some times my kids were not able to shower because it was too cold and temps were in the 30s extremely inconvenient to not have hot water in the winter」

「The host Robert was outstanding. Kind, available and informative. Our stay was clean, easy to check in and out and very spacious for our family of 6. Highly recommend! 」

「The place was fine but definitely could use some repairs, the kitchen drawers were difficult to open at times, the paper towel holder in kitchen and TP holder in the master bath were coming off the wall both toilets flushed very weak like they were partially clogged all the time and the direct TV signal was so bad you cant watch TV and the weather was clear. 」

「Great location for our needs- get away to hike in Shenandoah National Park. Did not have enough time to really explore the resort but did get to eat at Campfire Grill- very good food. A few needs- coffee cups, fans in bedrooms to help with airflow, and for some reason the tv service went out our last night there. Overall great experience tho」

「It was even better than what I was expecting. Everything was perfect except for the WiFi being down while we were there. Cellular still worked well on our phones and having DirectTv was brilliant given the fact it does not need WiFi. The communication details for checking in and checking out were extremely difficult to find, there’s no heads-up about what email address the confirmation is coming from, and the toll free number to call took me around in circles, left me on hold for a long time...
