Good location, short walk to Elizabeth Quay, CBD restaurants, bars and shopping, pleasant check in. Apartment was clean and well equipped, reasonably priced accommodation with parking included. Only let down was abrupt call from reception on morning of check out, we secured a late check out to 11am on arrival but reception called after 10am and advised we would have to pay an extra night.. obviously we were not happy with this and on checking out at 11am as agreed the extra fee was not charged. As well appointed accommodation in a good location we will stay again.

It's a good property in terms of accommodation, but it's a bit far from restaurants and cafés, but it's possible to walk or get a bus if necessary. I've been there to relax, so always had a good experience. Missed the VIP amenity, but was offered a room upgrade that was kind of strange as I was upgraded to a disability room.

Location of property is excellent. Check in was smooth. Only issue was house keeping entering the room 1.5 hours before check out time. Lots of works around the property so the noise starts at 8am but they notify you before booking.
