“Room smelt stale, and wasn’t really clean. Pool isn’t working despite the fact it’s advertised in the booking listing. Location is convenient though.”

“Beautiful property, very tastefully styled and very functional. Centrally located in the city. Be aware that you are tucked behind another cottage and the entry is on a side street with 2 man gates in a narrow passage to use to access the property. No air conditioning in the 3rd 'kids' room. Overall a lovely place. ”

“Tiny yes. Clean yes. We came just to have somewhere to sleep and keep our gear for the weekend. The tiny away provided that. Not much room to put our bags or hang clothes with the other 9 hangers on the coat rack. Also the bathroom soap dispenser doesn’t dispense. We used the kitchen one. ”

“Lots of space but many marks on the carpets and lounges. There was tissue and wrappers on the rug (not vacuumed properly) and main ensuite not cleaned thoroughly (used soap left in the recess) and the floor sticky.Disappointing considering the price per night. ”

“Not a good experience booking this property. The property manager didn’t respond to a single message leading up to the stay, so we had no information on the checkin or parking or other questions we had asked. We finally received an automated text message from the property half an hour before checkin time, but still no responses to any questions from the property manager. The apartment was also very dirty in parts, with lots of cobwebs inside showing that it was poorly cleaned. ”

“Beautiful home and appreciated the bottle of wine however just experienced a few problems. The patio doors were stiff and very difficult to open, a couple of the plates were badly chipped and we would have appreciated some herbal teas. Apart from these it was a fabulous home and the location was brilliant. ”
